    Well priced with lots of stock and helpful staff. The chemists always have time to advise you if you have questions or need advice about a problem and dont always try to sell you the most expensive product either.

    Went in on Monday morning 28/8/2017 to get Andy by Hamish, lady said wouldn't be in till Tuesday as delivery was late and they weren't allowed to sell them till Tuesday! Went in Tuesday and they had sold them all Monday afternoon! Not happy!!!

    Good range of products at reasonable prices, however not very good customer service. Staff and pharmacists are too busy to counsel and provide advice, unless asked. The processing of prescriptions is also often slow.

    It us ridiculous that I cannot call the Lismore shop and have a person answer the phone! Pressing zero to contact a live person puts me back in the automated loop every time!
